Terms & Conditions

By booking a lesson with A&G Driving School, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1 Lesson Packages & Payment

All lesson packages must be paid upfront on the first session.
The 6-lesson package is valid for 2 months from the date of the first lesson.
The 10-lesson package is valid for 4 months from the date of the first lesson.
Packages that expire within the validity period are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Lesson packages are non-transferable to another student.

2 Cancellation Policy

⚠️ 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Full charges may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

To cancel or reschedule a lesson without charge, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the lesson being deducted from your package or charged at the full casual rate.
In the event of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

3 Pricing

🌙 Night driving and Sunday lessons may be subject to different pricing. Please contact Peter or Glen directly to confirm rates before booking.

5 Student Responsibilities

Students must hold a valid Western Australian Learner's Permit or international licence and must have it with them at the time of each lesson.
Students must be ready at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time.
Students must inform the instructor of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to drive safely.
Students must follow all instructions given by the instructor during the lesson.

6 Pick-Up & Drop-Off

Door-to-door pick-up and drop-off is included with all lessons within our 15km service area centred on Bennett Springs.
Pick-up and drop-off outside the standard service area may incur additional charges. Please confirm with your instructor when booking.

7 General

A&G Driving School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to instructor illness, vehicle issues, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, a replacement lesson will be arranged at no additional cost.
These terms and conditions are subject to change. Any updates will be published on the A&G Driving School website.
