Terms & Conditions

By booking a lesson with A&G Driving School, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1 Lesson Packages & Payment
- All lesson packages must be paid upfront on the first session.
- The 6-lesson package is valid for 2 months from the date of the first lesson.
- The 10-lesson package is valid for 4 months from the date of the first lesson.
- Packages that expire within the validity period are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Lesson packages are non-transferable to another student.
- Packages are not valid on Sunday.
2 Cancellation Policy
⚠️ 24-hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required — Full charges may apply for late cancellations or reschedule.
- To cancel or reschedule a lesson without charge, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
- Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the lesson being deducted from your package or charged at the full casual rate.
- In the event of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
3 Pricing
- Casual Lesson: $65 per hour — no commitment, book as you go.
- 6 Lesson Pack: $360 total — valid for 2 months (not valid on Sunday).
- 10 Lesson Pack: $600 total — valid for 4 months (not valid on Sunday).
🌙 Please note: Sunday pricing differs from standard weekday rate. Night driving and Sunday lessons may be subject to different pricing. Please contact Peter or Glen directly to confirm rates before booking.
4 Operating Hours
- Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
- Night & Sunday lessons: Available on request — rates may vary. Please note: Sunday pricing differs from standard weekday rate.
5 Student Responsibilities
- Students must hold a valid Western Australian Learner's Permit or international licence and must have it with them at the time of each lesson.
- Students must be ready at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time.
- Students must inform the instructor of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to drive safely.
- Students must follow all instructions given by the instructor during the lesson.
6 Pick-Up & Drop-Off
- Door-to-door pick-up and drop-off is included with all lessons within our 15km service area centred on Bennett Springs.
- Pick-up and drop-off outside the standard service area may incur additional charges. Please confirm with your instructor when booking.
7 General
- A&G Driving School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to instructor illness, vehicle issues, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, a replacement lesson will be arranged at no additional cost.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change. Any updates will be published on the A&G Driving School website.
- By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
